Newcomer Services - Welcoming Communities Summer Camp 2023!
Our Newcomer Services-Welcoming Communities program, operated by the TDSB's Community Services Unit, held a summer program for youth and children new to Canada. It was a fun, successful, and magical time supporting young newcomers as they settle and integrate into their new community.

Is this program is only for immigrants?
The LINC program is FREE and open to all newcomers who meet the following criteria: => landed immigrant (not a Canadian citizen or visitor) => or convention refugee (not a refugee claimant) => 18 years of age or older Canadian citizens or individuals with other types of status in Canada may be eligible for ESL (www.tdsb.on.ca/Adult-Learners/Learn-English/-ESL-Programs). Visitors don't qualify for free classes.
